“KLIMATRONIK, TOV” built the Klimatronik App as a Free app. This Service is provided by “KLIMATRONIK, TOV” at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Information Collection and Use
To be able to control the “Klimatronik” recuperator and receive data from it using the App, you will need to provide the App with a password of your Wi-Fi network. This password is only required to connect to your Wi-Fi network and will not be stored in the App.
When your “Klimatronik” recuperator is connected to the App, the latter will allow our Service Department to obtain the geographical coordinates of the recuperator. We may also ask you to provide us with your name and/or phone number. We need the coordinates of the recuperator, your name and your phone number to provide you with the most effective technical support, this data will not be passed to third parties.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 14. In the case we discover that a child under 14 has provided us with his or her name and/or phone number, we immediately delete this information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
